Welcome to Axis Podiatry®

Assessment, diagnosis and treatment for problems of the foot and associated structures FOR ATHLETES, CLUBS AND INDIVIDUALS.

As a doctorate level podiatrist with over 25 years NHS experience and now 20 years experience working as an MSK specialist in professional sport, you can trust me to do my best to help with any injury you may have. I will assess your foot biomechanics and then work with you to help you get back to doing what you love and reducing your pain. I will always be honest and will base my treatment on the latest evidence. My treatment will be of the highest quality and will be based around your level of activity, occupation and footwear resulting in the best outcome possible, a decrease or elimination of symtoms such as foot & ankle, lower limb or back pain. Please see my google reviews to read numerous patient experiences.

Biomechanical Assessment

A special assessment which enables me to decide which is the most appropriate method to improve and support the way you walk.

GaitScan Analysis

Complimentary to the Biomechanical assessment, this system analyses gait and detects unusual foot functions which may be affecting other parts of the body.

Orthotic Prescription

Using my knowledge and experience I will design an orthotic prescription taking in to consideration the podiatric biomechanical assessment, the results of the Gaitscan, the sport you are involved in and your preferred footwear.
